Less Weight in LPG Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of Indian Oil LPG & my consumer No is 11827 of KSB Gas Agencies, Hauz Khas New Delhi.

Today I received my cyclender against my booking and the weight of cyclender was 28.5 Kg instead of 29.6 Kg (14.2 15.4). While asking from the delivery man, it was told that they have received cyclenders in same condition from IOC and it would not be possible to change the cyclender. I lodged complaint at the Gas Agency and just now I got message that cyclender has been changed by the Agency.

It is common practic that alwasy they deliver less weight cyclender and in casde of complaint, they replace the same other wise continue with less weight cyclenders.

From the consumer point of view, you have to look in to and take up the matter with IOC.
