My consumer no.6857 and I am a resident of C-7 Radio Colony Benajhabar, Kanpur (My cell No. is 09452524363) M/s Meera Gas Agency (Indane Gas) Swaroop Nagar Kanpur is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold or single lim (one side comunication) in only one available No.05123293248.

I am very sorry to bring to your notice that Agency has notbooking befor twenty one days from delivry of gas. I have booked gas on date 01/07 Sr. no 38 is given but no delivery have confirm till date.

Oftenly i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 2kg to 4kg in each cylinder. due to so late delivery i cannot return that.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
