Dear Sir,
Myself Vinay Kumar Singh Customer No. MD 1948 of MA DURGA INDANE GAS SERVICE L-2/601, VINEET KHAND GOMTINAGAR LUCKNOW.
I have booked Boucher no. 1689 on dated 3/12/08 and date of delivery
8/12/08. Date 10/12/08 I went to MA DURGA INDANE GAS SERVICE
Office for receiving my booking then they send me after signature on my
Boucher no. 1689 without taken any receiving price to their GAS Store which is situated at BHARWAHRA Village i.e, around 10 k.m. far away from their office. When I reach on their GAS STORE their employee take complete payment Rs.335/- including Delivery charge and he told- his owner said to collect complete payment Rs. 335/- on GAS STORE with delivery charge and they never give CASH MEMO.
