Non delivery of lpg cylinde

I am harpreet singh from amritsar. i am a customer of m.m. gas service located at taylor road, amritsar (punjab) for the last 10 or more years.my consumer no. is 779.i have never received the gas cylinder for a month or more after the booking for such a long time.the agency being owned by the politician mr. harjinder singh thekedar, no one dares to complain against this agency.now i am tired of this practice.pls. find a solution to this problem or i will have to knock the door of consumer court at the earliest.the records of agency will prove what i say is truth.i have always found people quarreling in this agency for the non delivery of the gas cylinder whenever i go there .they do not attend to the phone calls and when they do attend they make false promises like the politicians.please make a quick redressal to this complaint.
