Illigal encrochment

Dear Sir,

I want to request Mr. Mehra (MCD Commissioner) to look into our problem. we are being deprived of light and air because og our neighbour's illigal encrochment. My name is Gomti Devi R/o B-703/704, ganesh nagar-2 neasr LIC shop, shakarpur-92. I am a dibities patient of old age. and my neighbour Tota Ram is harrasshing me because of his contacts. All my family goes to office while me my teen age daughter and my grand son alone stays back home. that time he bully me with his three relative women (which includes their mother, sister and bahu).

Please help me. I am in need of your help and give me justice.
