Abnormal delay in deliver of gas

My cosumer no is 19576 and agency is madhavi gas agency, sheikhpet, hyderabad.i booked my gas on 6th august but till date not delivered to me after repeated request.i got fedup with the attitude of agency.agency may supply to hotel everyday but not to genuine consumer.why srong stepts are not taken by the govt.it is important to mention that gas are booked after 22 days of delivery and delivered after 15 or 20days after date of booking .it means one get the gas after a gap of 37 or 42 days but gas is over in a normal house after 30 or 35 days if parents are staying with us. so how can we manage for other days.i humbly request you to do some fruitful things to get rid off this problem.
