Non supply of Gas Cylinde

My consumer no. is 19557, Add: Flat no. 04, Type- VI, 30 Belvedere Road, Alipore, Kolkata- 700027.

I wanted to know that Is there any booking time prescribed for gas-cylinder? and within how many days cylinder could be suppied from the date of booking?

I have booked refill on 26th Sep 2008 for gas-cylider. Till date I didn't det it. I have Children at home also my health is not fine. Our old cylinder is empty now, thus there are lot of problems.
