Dear sir,
I am a consumer of LPG in suravi gas. Durgapur west bengal.my customer nunber is*******
1) The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.
2) They dont have any IVRsystem.
3) They do not accept booing of gas before 15 days of delivery of one cylinder. 4) Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
5) Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.
6) after booking the lpg cylinder is delivered only afer 15-17 days. So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
7) They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market for Rs *** extra
Please please help us
In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor.
