Late and less weighted Delivery of Cylenders

I am Resident of Lucknow U.P. of Jankipuram Area, I am consumer of Indian Oil Corporation. My consumer No. is 19847. My problem is that my Gas Agency M/s Domestic Gas Service delivers 5 to 7 days after the booking mostly the cylenders are containing Less that 30 Kg. weight sometimes it is as low as 26Kg.
