Provisional Certificate for Home Loan

HI,

I have a home loan in Indian Overseas Bank- Sevapet branch in Salem TamilNadu.

I had requested the bank to provide a Provisional certificate for the finanacial year April MArch

with the details of principal adn Intrest that i need to pay for the above mentioned financial year.

The same bank has issued me a similar satements in the past. But the current manager was saying that he can't provide the certificate. Since he can't give a statement like this since the intrest rate is subject to change during the year.

But all the other banks provide similar kind of statemetns.

I was not able to avail tax benift becuase of this.
