Customer service is very very very very very poo

Dear All,

My sincere advise is if you any account in IOB, please please close your ac as soon as possible.

I lost my iob Debit card i am trying for more than 6 hours but not able to reach the customer care. Think there is only one landline and only one person is attending the call. Very worst service i have ever seen.

Very ashame to have an account in IOB
