Outstantion Cheque Credit Not Given after 82 Days

We have make a complaint on 10.12.2008 but no response from your side

I have deposited cheque no 356083 on 26.09.2008 of Rs. 92800/-drawn on UCO Bank, payable at DIDWANA branch, Rajasthan Branch code no 0635.

Sorry to inform you that bank is not credit in my saving A/c No. 12381 Rs. 92800/- till date.

I request you to look in to the matter seriously.

1. Give me interest from date of cheque deposit

2. Give me harassment compensation on my mental effect

If bank is not given credit Rs. 92800/- plus interest and compensation of harassment of my mental effect. I will go to

consumer court
