Delay of passport

My Cusin applied fo passport in Thane 9 months before and after 3 months all verifications were over but still her passport is not delived as I try to contact with office central and state they give only the replay dat we will check, and send complints through mail, i replaied through so many mails and got only one replay that we are checking your problems. While she applied it said that passport will be deliverd in maximum 60 days of time but now 240 days are passed.

She went in the office 5 times but officials doest give a propper answer, says its usually happends in Mira road where she stays, it takes time.

She was supposed to go abrod for job last january bcoz of dis she lost the chance.i hope this will read by officials and a positive replay will be given, passport will be deliverd soon, File Num is THN N 016624.
