Car & household items thept by packer & move

I have submitted my household & car to Indian packways pvt. Ltd (Company representative - Ajay Jain 9718163639) for transportation from Greater Noida to Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 30th Aug'09.

But he has delivered only half of my household that too in damaged condition & not still delivered remaining household & a Car (Alto - DL3CAD4993).

I have already paid 100% amount what he has asked, but still he has not given items & car.

Now he has switched off both his mobile & not contacting me.

Now I am lodging complaint against him in police.

He has to be penelised heavily, for which I will try my best to catch hold of such thieves.
