Delayed in passport after about to six months

Dear Sir,

My file ref no is PAT- A033422. and My name is devdutt Miashra i have for passport on 23-03-09.About 1 months i have see my status like"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" Bfore that status like Your passport will be despatched on 29-08.What happens how i know in passport nobody tell about the status. I m in problem sir please help me as soon as possible..
