DELAY IN ISSUE OF PASSPORT

Dear Sir,

Myself and my wife had applied for issue of passport on 14.02.2011 as per the following details.

01. SATISH KR. SRIVASTAVA

FILE NO.LKOS00017111,

WEB NO.LKOI03649800

02. MRS. SUSHMA SRIVASTAVA

FILE NO.LKOAO3116511

WEB NO.LKOI03652611

On enquiry, the status is shown that police verification has not been done, whereas police verification was conducted on 04.04.2011 and Intelligence verification was also done on 10.04.2011. We do not understand how unnecessary delay is being done. Kindly expedite the matter and inform the status through my email address.
