Passport not issued from last 1 year given for renewal

Dear Sir,

I am Suresh chandra sharma, resident of 347/7 Mahavir Nagar, Firozabad (UP).

I have submitted my request for renewal of my passport on 09/13 with the required fees. I've also submitted my original (with a copy of it) DOB certificate for the correction of my date of birth on my passport but they have not replied to my querrires and even not issue my passport for almost a year.

I did not recieved any letter/ notification regarding not issueing it.

Please help me out so that I can get my passport as soon as possibe.
