Non-Delivery of Speed Post from Hyderabad to Pudhucherry

Sir,

Non delivery of an important letter from Hyderabd to Pudhucherry.

I have sent a speed post Ref. No: SPEN417628643IN dt. 30 July from Hyderabad to P.Vengatachalam, I-42 Viduthalai Nagar, Pudhucherry 605 004.

Till to day (5 August) the speed post is not delivered.

I went to post office where it was posted. No answer from them. They suggested the speed post tracking web site. The speed post tracking web site could not track the speed post. It is of no use.

I lodged my complaint to consumer forum, postal department & Mr. Srinivasa Rao (officer in-charge in hyderabad section for postal delay issues on 4th August). No responce from him.

I failed to understand what is happening with all these complaints. Is there any use of these web site.

Please look in to this matter, whoever it is.
