Registered article from Hong Kong - No Tracking and Not Delivered

Hello Sir,

I am expecting a Registered Article from Hong Kong and the tracker number is: RA953223035HK, dated 22 July 09, to Hyderabad, India. On the Hong Kong website the below status is found:

"The item (RA953223035HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 26-Jul"

When checking the Indian website, there is no tracking available for this item. So I called up the Speed Post office and they gave me another number 040-23463928 - Registered Post Division. I've been trying this number for so many hours for the last two days. BUT I've not been successful in speaking to anyone out there.

1. I need to know the status of my parcel. Is there a website or a person whom I can get this information from?

2. Have I been given a number that is always left unattended, if Yes, why should the department spend money on using this phone?
