Non Delivery of letters & other documents

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am residing at A-139, Sector - 37, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. Pin - 201308 since last two years, it is noticed that there is no postal service rendered by our postal department.

The mere courier service we find there, in case any letter or other important documents posted through our prominent postal dept.(i.e. POST OFFICE) we never find our letter or documents delivered.

Definitely our letters and other important documents are being destroyed or misplaced or returned to the sender by giving vague remark by our postal dept.

For an instance one of our family memeber is doing CA course but he never find his ADMISSION CARD or Mark Sheet delivered to our house by the Postal Office nearby to our sector. He used to get both valuable documents through internet from the site of ICAI.

Kindly take a stringent action against the Postal Office under which jurisdiction our sector -37 comes because really & it very true that our sector is completely isolated by the postal services till now.
