Non receipt of parcel

Sir, I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force, presently working at Air Force Station Hindan near Ghaziabad, UP. I sent a parcel to my father containing some medicine and food materials weighing only 460 grams for my ailing and aged mothero on 08 Aug '09 from AF Station Hindan post office PIN 201004 through ordinary parcel No 34. to my father naming Dharmadash Mukherjee at vill & Post office Sunuri Dist Purulia WB. To worst of my faith for our Indian Postal Services could not deliver the same medicine till date (24 Aug 09). Sir, we Defence Personnels while staying far from our homes and parents to serve the nation for a good cause are greatly depending on the Postal depts for correspondence with our parents and other relatives. The negligency on this part has caused me and my parents a great loss of physical and mental troubles. The lapse should be detected and defaulter to be taken on task.
