Letters are not delivering properly by postal dept

Dear Sir,

Arrival of registered letters are not intimating the house properly, with out intimating the house, sending back to the sender. i have given authorisation to my family to collect all my letters in my absence.

Ordiny lerrers are dumping some houses or shops near by, not delivering in my house properly.

My postal adrees is Hariprasad Vadakke neelamana - Kodakkat .po. Kasaragod Dt. Kerala - 671357.
