Speed Post not delivered yet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have sent an article through Speed Post of Indian Postal Office on July 27. It has not yet reached the destination even after 8 days.

Please look at the online tracking number of the article.

I am seriously effected with this kind of delay and it creates dissappointment.
