Some imp documents (examination form) was dispatched to me via speed post docket no. prepared manually 880 on 26/11/08 from jhansi (UP). They were received on 2 dec 08 by me in noida (UP). This lead to considerable anxiety and mental torture for me. Pls revert what is the use of such a crawling speed post service and who is accountable for it. Also the information given on the website regarding the journey of document is unavailable or wrong.plz reply...
