Non reciept of money orde

Dear Sir,

I had placed a money order of 480 rs 25 rs service charge in the model tonw -3 post office. The money order has not reached the addressee (competition review ltd). I apparoached the post office and they had no answer to where the money is now. They gave a vague answer sarcastically, claimning it might or might not reach.

Please help.
