Non Delivery of MO

Hi,

I am working at Hyderabad. I had sent a money order (MO No: A 1292 Ordinary MO) for Rs - to my home (At/Po - Kosida, Via - Somepur, Distt - Cuttack, Orissa) on the date 1st June from Kothaguda post office, Kothaguda.

The MO is not yet delivered at my home. On my first inquiry after 15 days of sending the MO at Kothaguda PO the post master told me to submit a written application regarding this. I submitted a written application on the same day then after 5 days I inquired for the status and the post master told me that he lost the application some where. This is completely irresponsible behavior of the post master. Then I submitted a new application and taken a receiving copy of the same application. Also I submitted a complaint on Indian post web site on the same day.

Till now there are no update on my application and I am not sure whether I will receive back my MO amount or not. This is completely irresponsibility of Indian Postal service. My parents are very old and waiting for the money in my village.
