Not able to track an item from Hong Kong

Dear Sir,

An item with tracking number RB063404315HK has been despatched from Hong Kong (according to hong kong post website) to Pune on 30th Sept. I would like to know the current location of the item but i am not able to do so. I tried calling 26156874 number but i did not get the correct information.

Kindly help.
