Subject :- Non functioning of letter box at Rajat Vihar, Sec 62, Noida, even after ‘Reminder’.

Dear sir,

With reference to above subject, we would like to state that, even after highlighting the issue of non functioning of the letter box installed inside our group housing society in Rajat Vihar, Sec 62, via letter dated 11-Jan-08. a copy of which is attached herewith, still till date, the mail clearance has not started on daily basis from the same.

As a proof, we have posted self addressed envelopes, a week back, which we have not received till date.

We request to please look into the issue and take the matter seriously and resolve the same at the earliest.

We hope the matter will resolve at your end we need not to go higher –ups, highlighting the severe irregularity.
