Non delivery of mails

I gave a letter to the Post master Pammal Post office, Chennai, 600075 on June 28th. requesting the Post office to deliver all letters and other postal articles addressed to me, V.KRISHNAN, and/or my wife Mrs. CHAMPA KRISHNAN, to the address #5. VEERAMANI STREET or PLOT 30-31 BUDDHAR STREET, THIRUVALLUVAR NAGAR, PAMMAL, CHENNAI, 600075 to MEENAM CONSTRUCTIONS, 8/167 PAMMAL MAIN ROAD, PAMMAL, CHENNAI, 60075, as we are on a vacation from Chennai. Now I understand from Meenam Constructions and also from my neighbours in #5 Veeramani Street/Plot 30-31 Buddhar Street that no mail has been delivered so far. I also understand that there is no Postmaster in Pammal post office to enquire in to the complaint. I am afraid we might have lost some valuable or important mails. May I request for necessary action?
