Asking for under tabel mony

Hi There,

My wife is MPKBY agent in Jalesar (UP) post office Pin. 207302. commission on the diposit of RD is main sourse of living and surviving. We have almost RD diposit of amount Rs.5 Lacs per month and withdrawing commission of Rs. 20000 per month.

When my wife goes to post office for dipositing Lot of RD, they keep her waiting in the que, and, if my wife argue to Post Master or other offecials that please diposit my lot as early as possible, they ask for Rs. 50 per lot under tabel mony.

This is not only thing, The computers of post office not working since last month and due to same Post Master stop dipositing and payments.

In the fastive season, such as deepawali, post office becomes the place of Gambeling and Bar, for these activity staff of post office collect mony from post office agent. and in rutine, smoking is not very big thing in post office in fact any one wants to work should done at earliest, one bottele of wisky is fee for the same.

We made this complaint to Head Post Master of Distt. Etah and to SDM Jalesar but they did not react on the same.

Please advice, where we should go ask soluation for the same.
