Speed post shipment SP EM289231459IN not delivered

Sir/Mam,

I have sent my shipment through the speed post on 8th April at 10:58 AM from Goregaon (E), Mumbai- 400063.

My Shipment Speed post no. is SP EM289231459IN.

Still, this shipment has not been delivered till today. I have contacted the deleivery branch (Laheriasarai, Darbhanga) and came to know till now they have not received the shipment. As per the rule, the speed post delivery time is 48 hrs (if Airport is there), otherwise it should take 72 hrs to deliver the shipment. I know that there was some holiday in between but still it should be delivered by 12th April.

Also, I am unable to get the details on you tracking site. I have contacted the Mumbai Customer care centre of Speed post but unable to get any information.

Can you please do the needful to deleiver my shipment as soon as possible?

Please response me about the status of this shipment and when it will be delivered.
