Postman NOT Delivery Letters

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that Postman Sukumaran from Pappanamcode Trivandrum. He has been giving us big trouble to people around this area. People are facing many problem with this man.

I have given an authorization letter to the postmaster stating that i will not be in town please had over letters to my family. The postman has refused to give since he will only hand it over to me. Then what is the point of having authorization. And also postmaster should have warned me about this.

I had called them to info that I had provided with the authorization letter they had this attitude which is not bearable.

Pension people are not getting there letter, this person doesn't delivered to the people who are expecting letters, If he feeling like delivering he would do so or will tare it off. This has been with him for past 8 yrs, Sir i would request you to take serious action.
