I being a citizen of Ukhra gram panchayet PIN No:713363 here lunch a complain that the postal personal are not working in favor of the customers of the post office. They are taking lots of time to clear up the passbook. Often they are demanding money to clear up the passbook. As a result we the customer of the same post office are facing a lot of trouble.
