Non delievery of registered post

Dear sir

i have sent one registered post to my friend in australia, it reaches there every time in 15 days... but now this time it has been 20 days... but it has not yet reached... the parcel was very important... i have written to the post master 1 application also for enquiry but still no response... plz take some action... i have posted this parcel from sanjay place post office, agra
