Non-delivery of study material

My name is muhammed anas and am living in Dubai now, I am a student in ICFAI (distance education); My university send parcel of study materials to my postal address (mananthavady 670645 and phone number 914935240320) in india and they are not giving it to my father; i requested through phone; My father given a signed authorisation letter with my sign (which was signed by me on my vacation; that time i checked with post master; she given improper information and I given it to my father to show when the post comes); and a copy of my passport to verify the sign, even then they did not give it; already I missed my first semester exam becz of late service; My father was ready to accept it in the presence of a govt officer by giving his ID card copy; then also they refused it.

Please take necessary action if you feel bad about this improper action from Indian post service.
