Delay in Disposal of RD Maturity Amount

My RD has matured on 18.09.2009. and submitted the RD Book and get the receipt from my Tungabadra post office. Mantralyam Mandal, Kurnool District. Nearly two months are over. No body can respond to give back my maturity amount. I have made online complant to Indianpost.gov.in site my complaint no 100000 65345. Till now no response. What can i do. I am in Need.
