Non delivery of letter at our home

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Rahul K Shrivastav living in Dattkrupa Ho. Society, Maharashtra Nagar, Appapada, Malad (E), Mumbai- 400 097

The complaint is forwarding in regards to non- delivery of letters (mail) at our home (Area). The Post Men are not delivering the letter at our society since long.

The Postmen's work is to deliver the letters at the doorstep but, in our area postmen does not providing these services, WHY? Some times we cannot receive the important letters so it makes trouble to us.

I hope you understand our problem and you will take necessary action against it as soon as possible.
