Letter registered to south africa on n30 March not yet received

I registered a letter to Polokwane, Pin 0713, South Africa on 30th March. Registration number isRL401798891 IN. it contains a cheque which should have reached the person within two weeks of sending it but it is still at large. I cannot track it on the internet. I am very concerned because those who are waiting for the cheque will doubt my inegrety. kindly help in tracking this letter. thanks indira chacko
