Misbheaviour at Post office by worker/Staff (peon)

Dear sir/Madam,

On saturady (24-10) i was asking about speed post time and aked to peon that -is there drinking water in office? then he fired on me and used bad words like (Matherchod, Useless, GateOut),

at that time all staff is laughfing and post office staff is not co-operating with customers.

i sent complaint to Indian post office also.
