As I am existing holder of RD account of Khagra P.O., I want to open another RD Account in Khagra Post Office Pin No:- 742103 but the dealing assistant Mr. Rabin Babu as well as Post Master said that no new RD a/c can't be opend without an introducer who have a savings account so I could not able to open a fresh RD account in the said P.O.

Please the inform me the exact rule for opening an account in such case.
