Non response of staff / delay in work

To whom soever it may concern,

Dear sir / madam,

I was into the head postoffice - Kanchipuram for sending UPSC application by SPEED post.

The staff working in that Dept Shri Sudha kept me waiting without accepting my post for want of change.

The near by staff has helped me in giving the change, still she has made me wait for more than 20 minutes and went away for discussion with other staff. As a women i was cornerned without knowing how to react to the situation.
