I would like to bring to your kind notice that I posted 2 envelopes (mentioning RAKHI on the top) through Gamharia Post Office, PIN: 832108, one for Noida and another for Pratapgarh by U.C.P. on 27-7. Both the envelopes have not reached their respective destination on 5-8 (Rakhi Festival day) after 10 days.

The citizens of India have a lot of faith in Postal Dept. Hope you will take required action so that such type of incident do not occur.
