I have not received the A.D or the return lette

Sir,

I sr Bijaya Chandra Khadanga, had sent a Regd.post with A.D beairing No.1287dated 03.11.2009 to R.T.A, Ganjam, Chatrapur but i have not received said A.D or my letter. So I request to post master of Bhanjanagar, Ganjam PIN-761126, with a written application to inquiry the matter whether the letter was delivered or not on 24.12. but still now I have not received any answer of my application which was submitted on 24.12.2009.so kindly say me what can i do about this matter on my Email.
