Mis behaviour by the delivery man

Dear sir

This here by to inform you that i received a Speed Post on 08-07-08 at 1235Hrs.

But the delivery man's behaviour is so rude, he talked in such a foul language in my office that effects my image

among my customers.

Moreover when we asked him to calm down he starts misbehaving with them also, and did not deliver the post.

The delivery man Mr. Raj Kumar, Post Office Rohtak.

As the public is running away from the Indian Postal Servies how can one be assure to take service again when the behaviour of the employees working there is SO SO SO POOR.

Please take the needful step to atleast save the goodwill of our Indian Postal services, so that no one misbehaves with the public as Mr. Raj Kumar did.
