Complaint against trains late arrrival

Respected Sirs,

I would like to pay your kind attention towards the matter that i am a daily passenger of sonipet -Delhi route.sir, i catch my train from sonipet. The accepted arrival of the passenger train (2 NPM) is 6:08 AM but it always comes late by 20 Minutes. Many times the complaint has been loged againts the trains Driver but all in vain. No body is there to listen people Problems, so i request you to please look in to this metter and take quick actions. I shall be very thankfull to you for this.
