Railway Enquiry Number 139 and Website (www.trainenquiry.com/indexNS.aspx) providing incorrect details

Respected Sir/Madam

This is to bring in your notice regarding incorrect details been provided regarding arrival and departure of trains bu both Railway enquiry number 139 and website (http://www.trainenquiry.com/indexNS.aspx)

I have to travel by train 7203 (bhavnagar Kakinada Experess) as on 13th June 09, from Surat to Secunderabad, when i made call to number 139, it said the train is running on its scheduled (right) time, but when i reached Railway station i came to know train is delayed by approx 4 hours.. which is expected to arrive Surat by 18:08 hours

Same is the case with the Website..

So i would request you to please check both, and take some action.

I would be vety happy to receive some responce from you regarding same.
