Wrong Births numbering. & Sleeeper made general

I have made complaint against Indian Railway due to several times faced wrong numbering of birth/sleeper of Mkm-Hwh - pass (train no. 214E) and HWH-MKM-PASS (train no. 213E) in sleeper class while travelling. The birth/slipper no. of the train is different from printed in the ticket. No TTE comes inside sleeper coach that is why sleeper coach converted in general, lots of passengers travel in sleeper coach carrying general tickets.

I don't know whether this message will sent to proper person or not. If... Please look into the matter.
