Link fail

I went today at PRS counter at Amravati railway station in Maharashtra on 8.45 pm. but there was link down and wait there upto 9.30 pm. and this problem is daily rutine at that particular time. our precious time waisted there without our fault. If there timing is upto 10.00 pm. then there must be link. If u could not solve this problem then cut the timing upto 8.00 pm. so that we get relife from your bad service in the world. And give your officers rest so that they work properly. Take care... thanks...
