Late arrival and bad behavior of guard

Dear sir,

I have faced a problem (late arrival of train) while travelling ernakulam north to pudukkad. train no: 306 ticket no: r9021 23/07.With the help of the Guard i give the written complaint to him. But he is not intersted with that he also tried to discourage me. At the next day 24th the guard called me evening

and say your complaint is not valid, he talk me with abused langauge, and said that i dont have good english. I think i didnt called him "SIR". thats why he is said like that.

So sir take a good judgment about this both problem (Of guard behavior and late arrival of guruvayoou passenger Train)
