1, TTE not coming for inspection. 2. Train coming to the platform at time

I am regular traveller of Intercity train which is in between Ernakulam and Trivandrum . i am having mainly 2 complaint regarding this train service.

1st

TTE not coming for inspection.

I usually reserve tickets for my journey. in this train only one compartment is there for 2nd sitting as reserved another one is AC compartment . i usually travel in 2nd sitting reservation. In that most of the time TTE wont come for verification of ticket. if the ticket is confirmed we can some how get the seat else if it is in waiting list it is very hard to get the seat even though if the reserved person dont come. the general people will take that seat. if the TTE come means he can make confirm the seat. Most of time he will be sitting in the AC compartment and he fails to come to this compartment. plz kindly look into matter..

2nd complaint

Train coming to the platform at time.

This above said train starts from Trivandrum by 5.10 pm it is the starting station. Most of the time the train will come to the platform only by 5.00 pm. at that time there will be huge rush.. people trie to rush in to train before it stops. as it is office ending time there will be huge mass for traveling in this train. this may cause accident. from 4.00 pm onwards the platforms is empty there wont be any train. So they can bring the train littile earlier. to avoid this problem

kindly look into these two matter and take appropriate action. Hope u inform me the progress
